The ZOCK’s Family
Empowering Individuals through Media.
About us
Hello, we’re the Zock’s family—Issa, Lorreta, and our four wonderful children, Shallom and Shammah (9) Beulah (7) and Rhema (4). We are thrilled to be following God’s call to serve as missionaries in Africa and beyond. After years of preparation, we want to see a transformed Africa, where individuals are empowered through education and inspired by faith. We develop & empower creative people who tell stories through media to reach the nations.
Our Mission
Africa is a continent with a rapidly growing population and a young median age. By 2050, Africa is projected to have the world’s youngest population, with over 60% of its people under the age of 25. This means that there is a huge potential for young Africans to use media to reach their own communities with the gospel.
Media is a powerful tool that can be used to communicate the gospel in a way that is relevant and engaging to young people. It can be used to tell stories, share testimonies, and teach biblical truths in a way that is both entertaining and informative.
Media can also be used to break down barriers and stereotypes, and to build bridges between different cultures and communities. This is especially important in Africa, where there are many different ethnic groups and languages.
There are many challenges to reaching the unreached in Africa, but media can be a powerful tool to overcome these challenges. It can be used to reach people in remote areas, people who are illiterate, and people who are marginalized or discriminated against.
Our mission is to empower and uplift the communities we serve through education and evangelism. At the heart of our mission is the commitment to provide high-quality training for both French and English-speaking Africans. This dual-language approach ensures that our programs are accessible and effective, catering to the diverse linguistic landscape of our continent.
Why we need your support
